Join us in The Grand Hall for “Together Through Dementia,” a support group for family and friends of individuals with Alzheimer’s disease or other dementia.

Gain the knowledge, support and essential tools needed to strengthen your bond with your loved one while navigating the dementia journey. Refreshments will be provided.
