Hillcrest Country Estates Grand Lodge has reached a major milestone in its commitment to quality care, earning the 2025 Silver – Achievement in Quality Award from the American Health Care Association and National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).

“This recognition is a testament to the passion and dedication of our entire team,” Debbie Menzenberg, vice president of facility-based operations for Hillcrest Health & Living, said. “At Hillcrest Country Estates Grand Lodge, we continually strive to raise the bar in quality and service because our residents deserve nothing less. Earning the Silver Award motivates us to keep pushing forward.”

Hillcrest Country Estates Grand Lodge is one of only five senior living organizations in Nebraska to earn the 2025 Silver Award. While the other four recipients are skilled nursing facilities, The Grand Lodge is the only independent and assisted living community recognized – and the sole Omaha metro recipient this year.

The AHCA/NCAL National Quality Award Program recognizes organizations that meet rigorous standards of performance to improve the lives of residents. The program follows a three-level pathway: Bronze, Silver and Gold. To receive the Silver Award, communities must first achieve Bronze. Hillcrest Country Estates Grand Lodge earned the Bronze – Commitment to Quality Award in 2019 and now moves one step closer to the program’s highest honor.

Hillcrest Country Estates Grand Lodge will be recognized during the AHCA/NCAL Convention & Expo Oct. 19–22 in Las Vegas.
