Hillcrest Health & Living is proud to announce it has been named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces for Women 2025 by Newsweek. This recognition highlights an ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace where women at all levels can thrive.
The award is a national honor, recognizing just 1,000 standout U.S.-based employers whose workplace policies and culture earn high marks for diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, career progression opportunities, work–life balance and corporate culture (rankings.newsweek.com).
Adding to the significance, Hillcrest is one of only nine companies in Nebraska to receive this distinction—reflecting our leadership in workplace excellence within the state.
“We are deeply honored to be recognized,” said Jim Janicki, APR, Fellow PRSA, Chief Administrative Officer of Hillcrest Health & Living. “This award validates our efforts to create a respectful, empowering and equitable culture for women. It’s a testament to the passion and dedication of our team.”
The Newsweek honor is based on rigorous evaluation: researchers analyzed publicly available data, conducted interviews with HR professionals and carried out large-scale confidential surveys among women employees—totaling over 215,000 interviews and more than 2.2 million company reviews, according to Newsweek research partner and study coordinator Plant-A Insights.
We congratulate all the organizations honored and are proud to join their ranks in setting a high standard for workplace inclusivity. This recognition reinforces our commitment to nurturing a community where every voice is valued and women have the tools and opportunities to excel.
