Our center specializes in short-term rehabilitation for seniors recovering from illness, injury or surgery. Guests receive care in a mix of private and companion suites, with access to the region’s largest rehab gym featuring nearly 10,000 square feet of equipment and exercise space.With physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy all provided by our dedicated in-house team—not contracted providers—guests benefit from consistent, high-quality clinical care. Whether you're recovering from a joint replacement, cardiac event or stroke, our goal is to help you regain independence and return home stronger.

Hillcrest Health & Rehab offers a full range of amenities designed for comfort and connection. Guests enjoy relaxing in beautifully furnished lounges, a retro 50s-style family room, outdoor courtyard with a playground, and chapel for quiet reflection or services.

Our senior dining experience stands apart. Meals are made-to-order by our executive chef and served in elegant dining rooms or in-room for guest convenience. The 1702 Bistro is a guest and family favorite, with handcrafted sandwiches, salads and more in a casual café-style setting with indoor and outdoor seating.

Each guest’s recovery journey begins with a personalized care plan crafted by our skilled clinical team, including nurse practitioners, nurses, therapists and social workers. We partner with Hillcrest Home Care and Innovate Physical Therapy, which offers outpatient therapy on our campus, to ensure seamless transitions and avoid unnecessary rehospitalizations. As part of Hillcrest Health & Living, our shared electronic health record system enhances coordination and continuity of care across services.
