The Cottages were built to replicate the comforting feel of a private home. Each 14,000-square-foot Cottage includes:

• An open-concept kitchen at the heart of the home
• A family-style dining area where meals are shared with fellow residents and caregivers
• A spacious living room with hearth fireplace, player piano and large-screen TV
• Library with a “Kids’ Corner” for visiting family
• A whirlpool bath suite and salon
• Outdoor patio and walking paths near a scenic pond and waterfall

This layout fosters a strong sense of community and connection while encouraging residents to maintain their routines and independence. Whether your loved one enjoys sleeping in or prefers early breakfasts, the Cottage cook is ready to prepare meals to order, including snacks and delicious baked goods throughout the day. Our registered dietitian ensures every resident’s nutritional needs are met according to their care plan.

The Cottages provide 24-hour skilled nursing care that adapts to meet changing medical and personal needs. Residents receive personalized assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, medication administration and mobility. During regular Life Plan meetings, our team reviews care levels and rates to ensure that each resident receives the right support.

We offer:

• Standard Care – For stable medical conditions requiring basic assistance with daily living
• Expanded Care – For more complex needs including wound care, diabetic management, IV therapy and memory support
• Dimensions™ Memory Care – A specialized household (Cottage 40) for residents navigating dementia. This program includes advanced dementia training for team members and a secure, comforting setting designed for engagement and safety

As the first licensed long-term care dementia program in a Cottage setting in Nebraska, The Dimensions™ Cottage is tailored for individuals requiring comprehensive memory care in a warm, residential environment. Residents benefit from 24-hour nursing support, personalized programs and the oversight of a geriatric board-certified medical director—all within a home-like setting that honors their dignity and life journey.
