Most clients begin care within 24 hours of referral. We assist with insurance verification (including Medicare and most private insurers), schedule the initial assessment and collaborate with your physician to implement the plan of care.
For clients needing additional help, we coordinate with Hillcrest Caring Companions for private-pay services like bathing, meal prep and companionship. When therapy beyond home health is needed, Innovate Physical Therapy—our trusted outpatient partner—is available for continued care.
