Hillcrest Shadow Lake

Hillcrest Shadow Lake provides 24-hour skilled nursing care in a homelike setting. Each resident receives personalized assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility, medication management and daily routines. Our experienced caregivers, licensed nurses and support team are dedicated to helping residents live with dignity and purpose.

We offer a mix of private and companion suites, each with a bathroom, as well as access to a full-service salon, relaxing lounges and beautiful outdoor courtyards. Family-style meals are served in open dining rooms that encourage social interaction and community. Our therapeutic recreation program keeps residents engaged through meaningful, ability-based activities tailored to individual preferences.

Nutrition is guided by our Registered Dietitian, who ensures each meal supports the health and well-being of our residents in alignment with their care plans.

For individuals living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, our secured memory care neighborhood—Memory Lane—offers a safe, structured environment. Residents benefit from specially trained caregivers, secure access to outdoor courtyards and gardens, and enriching activities that stimulate mental, emotional and physical wellness.

Each staff member in this neighborhood completes several hours of specialized dementia training at onboarding and receives monthly continuing education. Memory Lane features a bird aviary, recreational activity area and individualized programming designed to create moments of joy and engagement.

When additional services are needed, our social work team coordinates care through Hillcrest’s extended network. We work closely with Hillcrest Physical Therapy for restorative and rehabilitative services, and can connect residents with Hillcrest Hospice for compassionate end-of-life care.
